*Update August 2027* It's back to school season and it's busy around here! Orders can currently take up to 2 weeks to be completed; not including any shipping time. Rest assured - we're working as fast as we can - while still creating high quality items for you and your loved ones.

Local Schools & Businesses
Items for schools and businesses are made to order, and occasionally are subject to stock availability . Orders are typically processed and completed in about 1 week; however allow up to 2 weeks - as some times of the year are busier than others and order may take longer. Due to the nature of the school/business program, some items may be delayed due to availability, and will be communicated promptly if this should occur. Because all items in the school/business items are are made to order, please choose sizes carefully, as exchanges/returns may be limited. All exchanges will be coordinated directly through the spirit wear coordinator for your site per your site spirit wear policy.
*NOTE: Most items are true to size. Youth Pullover Hoodies do run small, please size up! If you unsure - please send us an email to inquire BEFORE placing your order.

Shipping
Monaco Apparel specializes in custom items. All items are made to order, and typically ship within 7 days; however sometimes do take longer - as some times of the year are busier than others. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. 

Local Pick Up
Pick up is located in San Martin, CA and is available 24/7 under video surveillance. You will receive pick up details via email.
